These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sales made on the Sanowak website. They define the rights and obligations of the parties for any orders placed by a customer on our online store. -

Sanowak offers a selection of siwak-based products for oral hygiene. The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page. We strive to provide descriptions and images as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect correspondence with the product received. -
Prices
Product prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Sanowak reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation. -
Ordering
To place an order, the customer must add the desired products to their cart and follow the indicated steps. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer once the order is validated. -
Payment Methods
Orders can be paid by credit card or any other payment method available on our site. Payment is secure, and banking information is treated confidentially. -
Shipping
Orders are shipped via Colissimo or another delivery service chosen by Sanowak. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, and Sanowak cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. -
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or incur penalties. Product returns are at the customer’s expense, and only unused and perfectly intact items are accepted. -

For any return or refund requests, customers may consult our Return and Refund Policy to learn more about the conditions and return procedure. -
Warranties
Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects. In case of non-compliance, the customer must contact Sanowak to obtain a repair or replacement of the product. -
Liability
Sanowak disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damages related to the use of products purchased on the site. In case of dispute, our liability will be limited to the amount of the relevant order. -
