Sanowak is an online store specializing in siwak products. We blend tradition and innovation to offer natural oral hygiene solutions, adhering to quality standards and promoting a healthy, eco-friendly approach to the well-being of our customers.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your siwak product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Certain products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. Consumable items, such as opened siwak sticks, cannot be returned. Similarly, partially used oral care items are not accepted for return.
Other non-refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Certain opened health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card issuer or bank. If after these steps the refund is still not showing, please contact us at: info@sanowak.fr.
Sale or Promotional Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, email us at info@sanowak.fr and send your product to: 68 Rue Martin Schongauer, Strasbourg, 67200, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift was sent to the purchaser to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the purchaser.
Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
If you are shipping a siwak product valued at over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
